To ensure that all our guests feel at home, please review the following policies and guidelines:

1. This is non-smoking facility.
2. This is a vegetarian facility; meat is prohibited. We ask you to please honor our standard. It is very important to us, and lies at the core of our non-violent (amhimsa) lifestyle.
3. If you drink, please do it responsibly.
4. Please keep outside guests to a minimum. Parties and large gatherings in the suites are not allowed. We are dedicated to ensuring a peaceful environment for all our guests and neighbors at all times.
5. The rooftop deck is for your enjoyment. Please help us keep the rooftop clean, so that all our guests may enjoy the gorgeous views of the city skyline. For your safety, please use common sense when using the deck.
6. New York City is dedicated to reducing post-consumer waste. Please recycle. Containers are available outside the building.
